6 Şubat Depremi ve sonrasında kentleşme, kültürel değerlerin korunması, barınma, hukuk, göç vb. sorunlar karşısında sistem içi onarıcı çözümlerden ziyade sistemik sorunları merkeze alan radikal dönüştürücü çabalara daha fazla ağırlık vermemiz gerektiğine giderek daha fazla ikna oluyorum. Sistem içi onarıcı çözümler olarak şu yaklaşımlara işaret ediyorum; mevcut işleyiş sisteminin sorunlarını açıkça analiz etmeden, özneleri/kurumları/üretimleri hatalı yönleriyle (öz)eleştirel bir şekilde ele almadan, sadece akut durumları “normal koşullarda” hiçbir sorun yokmuş gibi ele almak, kök sorunları görmezden gelmek ve/veya bu yolu görünmez kılmak - üstünü örtmek, iktidar/karar vericilerden gelen talepler siyasetine indirgemek vb. Bu yazıda, sistem içi çözümler ile radikal yaklaşımlar arasındaki ikilemi bazı başlıklar altında ele alıyorum.
Abstract
February 6 Earthquake and aftermath, I am increasingly convinced that in the face of problems such as urbanisation, protection of cultural values, housing, law, migration, etc., we should give more weight to radical transformative efforts centred on systemic problems rather than restorative solutions within the system. I point to the following approaches as restorative solutions within the system; without explicitly analysing the problems of the current system of functioning, without (self-)critically addressing the subjects/institutions/productions with their faulty aspects, only address acute situations as if there were no problems under “normal conditions”, ignoring root problems and/or making this path invisible - covering it up, reduced to the politics of demands from power/decision-makers, etc. In this article, I address the dilemma of in-system solutions versus radical approaches through some headings.
